Yehaa Bob Jackson announced on his personal Facebook page that he will not be returning to the port Orleans river roost, as he has been laid off by the Walt Disney Company.

It’s just another example of the bean counters getting in the way of the guest experience.

Are there any entertainers left or did they all get laid off in the fiscal-year-end bloodbath?

The biggest problem is that the bean counters are losing beans to count with this pandemic and pandemic response...of course they're going to start cutting - they already regularly made cuts in GOOD times, so take a big chunk of their profit away, and they'll scramble to keep as much of it in their pockets as possible. Hard to worry too much about the goings on at Disney when most of the entire world's economy is being neutered, though.
Maybe someday, someone can organize a concert with Yehaa Bob, Mulch, Sweat and Shears, Off Kilter, and the many other acts fired by Disney World over the years!
