I know there are several of us who enjoy photographing air shows. I just learned of one coming up on September 27-28, 2014.

The National Museum of the US Air Force in Dayton, Ohio is hosting the World War I Dawn Patrol Rendezvous. For two days there will be flights of both real and radio controlled WWI fighters, complete with several simulated dogfights. Best of all, it's FREE.

I'm going to try and get over there on one of the days. If anyone else is within a reasonable drive, I highly recommend checking this out. And if you can't make it to this event, the museum itself is worth a visit; plan on spending at least a full day there.

I wish I could, but I'm shooting a horse show that weekend.
