This is to the right of the entrance to The Great Movie Ride, behind the sorcerer's hat. Since you have to look up to see it, the song "Things Are Looking Up" kept going through my head. A little research led me to the movie called "A Damsel in Distress".
You could also do degrees of separation:
Look up to see the statue.
"Things Are Looking Up" from the movie "A Damsel in Distress".
Fred Astaire, George Burns and Gracie Allen were in that movie.
Burns and Allen were also in "International House".
"International House" is set in China (in the city of WuHu, where Doctor Wong has invented television).
The statue is at a replica of the Chinese Theater.
