From Tom Sawyer Island... ya' know, that place you NEVER go to ?

Tom Sawyer Island was awesome when I was a kid-it seemed like it was such a huge Island. we used to play there for hours while "the adults" sat on the benches by raft pickup and snoozed. I went there recently and it wasn't as big of an island as I remember...Did they shrink it? ;D

You remember how many people we bumped into going in the exit of the tunnel LOL! I never go over to the island, such a waste of time but it was fun to shoot, once anyways.

I stay away from it because of a somewhat unpleasant memory.. no, it's nothing tragic, it's just that the last time I was there (when I was younger) it was hot and I was completely miserable because there was no respite from the weather. I can't think of Tom Sawyer Island without thinking of it being hot and humid and miserable.

Still I'm loving the picture of the cave.. I may need to brave the unpleasant memories to go see this thing.

I have yet to ever step foot on this Island. Plus, it was one of the main things that didn't get gotten to when I went to Disneyland last week.

Don't feel bad Ray, I didn't make it over there either. Probably something to do with the hours it was open, plus the kids come first.
