This one comes and goes.. they seem to always put patterns in the lettuce, just not always Mickey.
The next picture is less clear, but I'm pretty sure it's Epcot spelled out in lettuce. I know it's hard to see, but I extracted just the lettuce in Photoshop and transformed the heck out of it to try to straighten it out, and it looks like it's the Epcot logo, where they stick the "o" inside the "c".
