Blue flower...but where?

My first guess is going to be somewhere in Morocco since it is a blue flower on what looks to be a tile panel.

We got the pavilion. ; I'm inside but there are no cash registers in sight....

two spots based on that clue could be the art gallery on the left side when you go into the pavilion or the aladdin scene?

My next couple of guesses were in a couple of the shops. ; The new clue knocks those out, so no clue. ; I did see someone coming out a door with a "bedazzled" horse, maybe somewhere in there? (is that the art gallery?).

The place is detailed but not really a gallery of art.

Water is present in the room but it's not a bathroom.

Trying to find my pic, but on the wall there is a shelf full of little vases...this is the design on one of the them!

Ive been in the room before, and passed thru it on this past trip, but never noticed the nook with vases.
