This is a variation of Tim's article on Photographing Moving Water except, in this case, I had to wait for the ride to get to a certain point where it seems to stop for a bit in the swing. It doesn't really but it's close and that's when I tried to time the shot. With such a slow shutter speed, there's still movement but not a lot.

BTW, I took this hand held. Love VR! (Think I've mentioned that before. )
