Here is a link to a Video where S.G Collins masterfully describes why the moon landings could not be faked because the video limitations of that era simply wouldn't allow it.

This guy does a great job of explaining things from a technical side and adds just enough snark to keep you interested.

Thanks for sharing the video! I knew the lighting and the lack of stars proved the landings were real, but I didn't know about the limitations of the video equipment.
