OK, you need to book a conference room and want an exotic place. Where would you find this one. (This one may to easy)

Dude, I know the rates are awesome, but there is no way I'd want to have a meeting that close to the Yeti. Did you see what it did to the rail line????

Gotta wake up first before getting ready for work and then getting the kids to school. 10 years ago I was up and out the door at 530 to be able to get to Children's on time for my 12 hr shift.

I know what you mean. On my days off now I keep waking up at 5 am even though I was hoping to be able to "sleep in".
