Crawfish Boil

This was taken on Easter Sunday. Every year we boil crawfish on Easter.

Yall don't know what you're missing. If you get them from around here, they are DELICIOUS. My brother in law boiled about 150 lbs. so we had a lot left over. I ended up making crawfish pasta and corn & crawfish bisque with the leftovers.
