The Mix Stick ($40) plays mp3 and WMA audio files. They feature 1 GB internal memory that can be tripled with a 2 GB SD/MMC memory card.
With their parents help, children can download music from a special Disney store. If they want to bypass the need for a computer, they can buy special Mix ($14.99) cards.
New Mix card titles include soundtracks from High School Musical and The Cheetah Girls, as well as albums from Hilary Duff and Jess McCartney.
The Mix Stick has an 8-hour built-in rechargeable battery. It comes with stereo ear buds and a lanyard.
