Dr Ray Stantz: Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies. Rivers and seas boiling.
Dr. Egon Spengler: Forty years of darkness. Earthquakes, volcanoes...
Winston Zeddemore: The dead rising from the grave.
Dr. Peter Venkman: Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together - mass hysteria.
 
Dr. Peter Venkman: How's the grid holding up?
Dr. Egon Spengler: Not good.
Winston Zeddemore: Tell him about the Twinkie.

just so you know I was googling suzy and cat and twinkie ; LOL and coming up with weird stuff
 
I think my favorite line in that scene from Winston is the "I've seen S*&$ that will turn you white!"

Thanks though, now I am gonna have to go watch this movie!
 
Damn, I'm late to the party. I can quote the ENTIRE movie from memory. EVERY line. Because I once watched it with electrodes hooked to my ears and got an electric shock any time I missed a line.

"I'm studying the effect of negative reinforcement on ESP ability."

"The effect?! I'll tell you what the effect is!"

Okay, here's the capper - entirely from memory:

"You seem to regard science as some kind of dodge, or hustle. Your theories are the worst kind of popular trip, your methods are sloppy, and your conclusions are highly questionable. You are a POOR scientist, Dr. Venkman."

"I see."

"And you have no place in this department, or in this university."

And the one my friends and I use EVERY day, a dozen times each:

"Yes, have some!"
 
the only other movies that I can think of off hand that are quoted as much are Dirty Harry and My Cousin Vinny
