When I saw the video over at the Canon Imaging Center, I never realized that Canon Japan pronounces "EOS" as a word, not as an abbreviation (which it is).
Sheesh. How many years have I been using Canon? And mispronouncing it?
Based on those images, the price tag for the 1DMkIII (assuming that the 5D doesn't have a spring rebate) doesn't seem that bad.
