After getting soaked on our first attempt to see Fantasmic, we enjoyed our recent viewing of the show. ; We had not seen it in several years as we have skipped it, but felt it was time to see it again. ; It is enjoyable show for the most part, but I think is is time for some new effects.

I forgot that scene was there too, but I haven't seen that show in 7 or 8 years... ; Maybe I'll have time to catch it next time.
 
Fantasmic at DL just received some upgrades in technology and a few are a direct result from the World of Color developments. Maybe after the summer the Studios version will get some upgrades. I am not sure of its refurb schedule but it would make sense to upgrade it.

I still like DL's version better even if you have to stand.

Yes, we caught a break and there was plenty of room. ; This scene is right before the characters come out on the floats the first time I believe.
 
Great picture under difficult conditions (light, action, etc.)
- and i have to agree that, even though I am a Disney World fan, that Fantasmic at Disneyland is better.
