Read down, he left his D300 in his hotel room, bought a D5000 on the fly, decided it was better.

The rumormongers suggest that he actually will be getting a D300s in a month. ; Nikon has two press events coming up, one at the end of July and another less than 1 week later.

Most likely. ; I think the newer consumer models probably have caught up to the D300 and are lighter in weight. ; This is a good time to sell before a new model is released. ; All he has to do is sign it and sell as a signature model. ;
