My Grandma and Aunt came for a visit from my old home of Chesterfield, VA and so we spent the week sight seeing around St. Louis, one of our stops was of course the Gateway Arch. Here are some pics from the day.

Nothing like travelling 900 feet straight up in an unaircoditioned beer keg. ; Been up twice during college years, can't see myself going up again. ; Then again, it is more of a tourist thing than a local thing (lived in StL for 10 yrs).

Yup it's definitely a tourist thing, but we haven't been yet since moving here 3 months ago so were still exploring and our family were tourist. Not something I see myself doing every week or even every month but I did like the area alot.

Yup just a few hundred miles off lol ;D
