Any Bald Eagle chicks? ; There is a nest not that far from Austin near a road...and they were learning to fly a week or two ago.

Roger the eagle nest are no where in sight so don't know if and when the chicks are coming. here is a shot of them making chicks and a Juvy

Love the one with the rodent catch - always a great moment to catch if you can. ; And the 'last one' portrait is lovely. ; Very nice!
 
these are all great shots, but i can't help thinking that that title "jersey raptors" would make a great name for a womens roller derby team
 
That rodent catch is my favorite, followed closely by them making babies. ; LOL! ; It is so great to see this happening in the wild, considering how close they were to extinction not too long ago.
