I can't even imagine how much work went into it - when I see these pics or enter a lego store, I sometimes wonder if it's a couple of people spending hours at work or a massive team that has it down to a science.
Teams of master builders work together, and get paid to build Lego models all day.
While it was closed while we were there, their workshop at LLCA is open for public viewing, kind of like the Studios' animation department when it was a working shop.
I haven't even begun to get started. ; I wonder what would happen if they decided that they wanted to rebuild Miniland from scratch. ; (Which will probably happen sooner than later. ; SoCal sun = heavy UV which is fading the plastic quickly)
