Hi All! I'm so excited and completely stunned to say I'm going to Walt Disney World!! Again . I couldn't wait for 100 day's to start a pre trip report, I'm just to excited! Now to the beginning of the story way back in December 09.
Another Disney pal from another board and I were planning a WDW trip in December of this year for a meet in the Magic Kingdom. Unfortunately plans never really did come together because my dad got a job here in MO and we moved from VA. Being the bottom one at work it would have been very hard and unlikely to get the week off of Christmas. It was looking very grim for a WDW trip this year. Then Disney announced the extension of free dining! Of course I got to thinking and plotting how to get my parents on board. I looked up an unbeatable deal for November 14th-19th with upgraded full dining. We were staying at a value so we wanted to upgrade from the free quick service to the full plan and the price was still awesome! So here are the details!
Dates Nov 14th-19th 2010
Who's going? Myself (birthday girl) Mom, Dad
How we getting there? Were driving from MO to my old hometown of Richmond, VA with our pets to drop them off at my grandmothers house on Friday after work stopping in Kentucky then driving the rest Saturday. Then Sunday 2:00am were heading down south to WDW!!! Were driving straight through with minimal stops so we can get there as fast as possible. I know it's crazy but we have no one to watch the pets while where gone out here plus it gives us time to see the family for a few hours.
What resort: All Star Music
Dining reservations
Monday 15th- AM: Chef Mickey's at 7:30. PM: Crystal Palace 7:15 (I think cant remember) (birthday dinner)
Tuesday 16th- 50's Prime Time Cafe
Wednesday 17th- The Garden Grill
Thursday 18th- 1900 Park Fare (our first time eating here! How is it?)
Park days:
Monday- MK for a magical birthday! Hollywood Studios for emh if were not to tired
Tuesday- Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios for Osborne lights!!
Wednesday- Epcot
Thursday- MK again for our final day.
We have never booked a trip to WDW this close in advance and I'm so happy because we don't have to wait 6 months to a year before we go! I'm so thrilled that we booked before Music filled like all the standard rooms at Movies did (we usually stay at Movies)
