Yesterday took a trip up to Monroe Wisconsin for their bi-annual Cheese Days (although I think I saw more beer than cheese). ; Part of that maybe we stopped into the Minhaus Craft Brewery for a tour. Nothing particularly exciting but I decided since I dragged my camera along I might as well use it!

The inside of the ingredients mixing machine. Wasnt tall enough to get the whole thing but still made for some cool lines!

John, if you ever find yourself in Wisconsin you should stop by there. On the weekends they give tours (lasts about 30 minutes), then you get a free sample of one of their beers (although I heard someone say they'll let you sample as many as you'd like) and then you get a six pack with 4 different beers, a rootbeer and a glass. Not bad for 10 bucks.
