I have always struggled with white balance when photographing this show. ; Last time I used RAW which helped quite a bit. ; On my last trip I used an Expodisc to custom set my camera's white balance. ; It wasn't perfect but my white balance in post was very slight when I had to use it. ; Used my Nikon D70 and 18-200VR combo for all these photos. All are cropped for composition and impact.
This one is red where it is supposed to be.
The lighting on Gaston looked like that. ; The red of his outfit was not blown out with the WB setting I got from the Expodisc as in the past.

Okay, getting better. ; Next time I will use the 70-200VR lens and try and get a bit lower in the theater.
