This wasn't a rogue division of Nikon doing the posting, it was the main imaging site, so unless the site was hacked, Nikon will be announcing the AF-S 50/1.8G FX lens soon.

I will get this lens someday as the old version is non-AFS and I have a tendency to get my hands in the way when it is focusing. Ouch! ; :-[
