This past Friday my dad and I took my Nephew to the Local Zoo. ; It had been a while since I have been there. ; Last year they finished an upgrade to the Zoo and have a new Africa Exhibit. ; Yes, it pales in comparison to Animal Kingdom, but for anyone who can't make it to Disney it is a close second (maybe third)...
Jane was so embarrassed by Jerry that she couldn't even face the public...
Maybe we need these lions to go to Animal Kingdom so we can get better shots on Kilamanjaro Safaris.
The Mandrill hopped up on the rock and posed for photos. (minus a little bit of ghosted fencing)

We also headed to the local 4-H Fair, but it was nothing like it was when I participated 20 years ago (today only had two barns of lifestock - was at least 6 barns 20 years ago)
