New guy. ; I just wanted to post to say that I can't believe I missed this years Pixelmania. ; I was actually down in the MK that day. ; I had the times but always seem to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. ; I did manage to make one but could find only one individual there that was also looking for the group. ; Cannot remember his name but it was great talking to him. ; I was the big fat guy with the Mickey/Santa hat on carrying my weight (not really) in gear. ; Hope to make the next one. ; The pictures I have seen on Flickr have been great. ; Hope to see more. ;
 
Doug, I noticed on flickr your time stamps and wondered if we had crossed paths. ; Wish you could have joined us. ; A good time was had by all no matter the weather.
 
Sorry you couldn't hook up with the group...there's always next time! ; In the meantime you can enjoy the shots here, and by the time the next one comes around, you'll know everyone already.

She was at the desk for Pirate League checkins. ; She was fun and had a great CM attitude. ; We must have made a sight, us with our dSLR's, lenses and camera bags hanging off our carcasses.
 
January whooshed by and I am just now getting back to my December trip photos which, of course, includes Pixelmania! ; Here's some from Tim's Welcome Meet which was a bit delayed as Tim and Jeff barely got out of New Jersey that morning.

Tim first started under the gazebo next to Aunt Polly's on Tom Sawyer Island. ; This proved a bit loud with the piped in music and the Liberty Belle steaming behind him.
