Is it at a temporary stand (ie... A Food and Wine Festival Booth) or just a temporary display at a permanent location (ie... A food cart in the Magic Kingdom)? ; The obvious guess would be somewhere in Frontierland. ; Maybe to the side of the Golden Horseshoe (the wall color fits).

I think it is a temporary stand but not associated with Food and Wine Festival.

I think... it may be part of the harvest display in The Land, outside of the Garden Grill.
