BB and Paul are a little cooler than Tim's guess. RedOctober is definitely hot...but not quite. Tim's on the right side, but RedOctober's closer physically.

If Tim's on the right side, then we're not on the Island. While it is rusted, the cap on top makes me think that is is really used and not just a prop... Is that the chimney on the turkey leg stand?

Michael's definitely on the right path! Not quite there - but that's a great guess. It's not on the island, and Michael is standing just a few dozen feet away. It can be seen from the turkey legs, and from the island.
