Okay, so I know exactly what I want to do, but I just can't execute the idea. I'm sure this is possible with Photoshop CS3, so I'm asking for the help of more knowledgeable users.
Here's what I have:
So I already know how to do the rainbow gradient, and the stencil/pencil looking SEE separately, but I want to combine them (so the pencil coloring is a rainbow gradient). So that it looks like this:
Anyone know how? I couldn't find any tutorials online, but then again, I don't know exactly what search queries to use.
