I like the 3d frame Tim! I have to figure out how to do that in Photoshop Elements 6.

it's not that hard, especially if you record an action as you go along.

Thanks Tim. I stole that framing idea from a couple of people on PBase.

If anyone's interested, I could post a quick tutorial

I think that would be a great idea for the post processing section. please do.

if michael wants me to do that i will but i don't want to step on his toes...

Oooh, I cannot wait to read mSummer's writeup for this affect. I might end up stealing it myself for my Devine Inspiration blog posts

Kiki, I'd be happy to share it. Tim, feel free to share yours as well.

The only thing is, and I can't speak for Tim because I don't know how he made his, but my action may not work for you without some modification. I re-size my images to 800 pixels in the long direction to post to the web. If your images are a different size, the border isn't going to be the right size because the boarder on mine is set up to be a certain number of pixels. In any case, seeing one of our frame actions will help you create your own.

you can always use the "fit image" command under file -> automate and set it to 800x800. this way the orientation doesn't matter.
