Sony breaks with tradition, and announces their road map

They're going to come out with:

The A700 replacement will have video.

They are also coming out with a interchangeable lens APS-C camera system to compete with the m4/3 system.


As far as I know, no known prices/due dates for any of these....

As an Alpha user that has been waiting for the A700 replacement, I'm a little disappointed that they didn't release specs. ; The logical conclusion being that they haven't finalized them yet, meaning its release is not exactly right around the corner ; :-\
