Not that people heeds the signs at the bottom or top of this snow covered staircase leading to Crouse College on the Syracuse University campus as you can tell by the covered foot falls.

Nikon D70/Tokina 11-16mm, 1/15s, f/2.8, ISO 280, EV +1.0, 12mm FL

Thanks to Tim for pointing me to PTLens which I used to fix the distortion caused by the wide angle lens.
 
It was a very wet snow and the temps right at the freezing mark. ; Wasn't bad at all after the last month of below freezing temperatures. ;
 
LOL at Tim. Been a long winter, huh?

Nice one Scott. I've been using PTLens for a while too; it's great. I wrote the author about corrections for teleconverters, and he said they have to be done just like a lens. So now I have to figure out how to take some reference images to send to him so he can add the T-20E III to his database.

Stairs are now open up to Crouse College. ; I used a dropper to do an Auto White Balance adjustment using the concrete stairs for the neutral gray point. ; All the colors came out great but the lights went from yellow to light blue. ; Liked the look. Shooting the Tokina 11-16mm lens at f/22 created the neat starbursts.

Thanks, Paul and Craig. ; The Tokina is 9 bladed and at f/22, really bursts any secular light sources.
 
Great looking building and cool shots...though I like the snowy one the best. ; Glad to see you guys are starting to get out of winter's grip.

I guess I shouldn't rub it in that I've spent the last 3 weekends romping around in my swimming pool on sunny afternoons. ; :)

Okay...I lied. ; Some people thought the first HDR image needed some adjustments to make the lighting more natural and add some drama. ; Used Aperture 3's new Curves tool to darken the Green channel, boost contrast and added some vignetting.
