Tangora Terrace?

I asked this question on another chat forum, but think that group may be a bit young to remember the place. The last time we were at the Poly I noticed that the building that once housed the Tangora Terrace restaurant was still empty. Does anyone know what if any plans they have for the future use of that building?

The poly is covered with construction walls right now so chances are something is being done. LOTS of walls and construction happening right now.

Just speculation on my part, but could that be a possible location for Trader Sam's?
