Despite the Amarillo sticker...you're not in Texas, and most likely, this thing isn't from there either.

Question is...where will you find it currently?

The Funny hat shop (Goofy Hats, Mickey Hats, etc.) on the right side as you turn down Sunset Boulevard.

That being said, I am thinking that we are at an Information Booth... Is it the Building next to the Firehouse (Town Hall?)

OK...this one I'm going to give credit for a solve...noone pinned it quite exactly, but darts were thrown all around it by Roger and Cooleo...and RedOctober got the idea right with the Information booth.

There's a stack of luggage sitting along the side of the road, right at the information booth and tip board. ; Here's the luggage:
