Need to move some dirt? Where would you find this helpful tool?

Actually I was thinking Everest; GoogleEarth shows that the FP building is that color, but this item isn't there.

i was thinking tower based on jim's clue about the FP machines. their area is themed to the gardner's shed and tools.

It also looks like the Fertilizer Brand is "Doomeyer" (Doom being the operative word) which would also play into ToT.

Tim hit the nail on the head, so to speak. It is just past the FP distribution center for TOT.
