Nothing to compare to mSummers photos. ; In fact, mine do not have a train in them. ; I used (w/permission) a couple of photos from the town's museum and compared them to today.

What's left of the railroad bridge from 1886.

If it wasn't for the excellent caption work done by a researcher, I would have had no idea where this photo was taken. Photo taken sometime in the late 1880's.

Interesting Comparison Scott. ; It might be interesting to dig back into our Disney archives, and see if we could put together a similar now and then type of thread. ; I just read a throw back story over at Orlando Attractions magazine online from when Star Tours first opened, and the images in the story compared to what that area looks like today are quite remarkable. ;
