from the clue I would say in DHS and would have something to do with Star Wars or George Lucas but at the moment I can not in my old brain remember it
 
I know it's not my clue...but I'm gonna just say I think the two guesses so far are cold. :)

I do seem to remember a bullitenboard in one of the scenes in the Carosell of Progress in Tommorrowland at MK in WDW

I was thinking its a reference to Marty Sklar. The emperor reference is a quote from Star Wars, but that's been ruled out already...

I'm thinking Imagination.

Since Marty would have probably been involved with the Imagination 2.0 redo to 2.5.
