Sign Up - DVC Moonlight Magic: Epcot (12/4 & 12/11)

I have been thinking about this also. My thought was possibly meeting them at Beach Club lobby and sign in before their dinner at Yachtsman's. Such as 7pm. You can sign in at resort starting at 6:30. It would probably be less crowded there.
Other option perhaps Jeff, Gary and myself should each pick a time and place to meet and what works the best for everyone.
Jeff, what time and where are you thinking?

Let's also think about where my group should meet to check in on the 11th and perhaps all of us. How do you all feel about the front gate 7pm? I do imagine it will be very crowded. We also could meet in park at Innoventions any time after 6pm. Your thoughts everyone? Which place would be better?

i can probably make the front gate at 7:30. if i get to fort wilderness as the sun n starts down around 4:00 that will give me enough time to get a few campsites and bus back to the entrance, if i am on the road by 6:45 i should be to epcot by7:30
 
Keep in mind for the 11th that we will have folks coming back from Universal. Also we need to confirm with all the locals what time they can arrive. I believe Jeff K and Don are arriving after work. I also extended an invitation to Jeff D and he is checking his calendar.

I am thinking for both events February 4th and 11th let's meet outside of the entrance to Innoventions (which ever one it is in) 8:30pm.
Except for the Yachtsman diners and Gary on the 4th.
We have to enter as as parties of 6 with the DVC member. That way everyone can come to Epcot whenever they want, we can all meet at 8:30pm outside Innoventions and then we can all check in with the DVD member for the event
How those 8:30pm seem for everyone? It can be later, of course, but I am thinking of watching Illuminations.
Let's try to make this simple for everyone.

Is there anyone attending who doesn't have a pass for Epcot on December 4th or 11th? I am just thinking it would be easier to meet right outside Innoventions at 8:30pm then the main gate where it most likely will be very crowded.
We can meet main gate at 7:30 if that would be better.

I don't think there's anyone currently signed up that needs passes. However, invited Jeff D (Polymedic). If he and his family decide to attend, I think they need passes.
 
Hi! I came across your community looking for extra reservations and I’m hoping you could help! As a local DVC owner, I wasn’t able to get any tickets to the event. If anyone has 4 extra spots, I’d be extremely grateful! We can make either date and meet wherever. TIA!
 
Hi Maryssa. I wanted to let you know that we are waiting to hear back from some of our group members that will be attending our photography event. That being said, we don’t want to give out their spot if they are able to make it. One suggestion that the DVC website gave is to show up on the night of the event to put your name on a waitlist as members turn spots back in if not all of their party shows up. Good luck in your search.

Hey! Thank you for the quick response! I definitely appreciate you keeping me in mind but wouldn’t want anyone to miss out of your event! Have you heard anyone have success with the waitlist? What do you think the chances are of getting in that way, if you don’t mind speculating? Thank you so much for the advice and help!
 
Not going to be able to make it on the 11th....have to get up early the next day. Please release my space so someone else can enjoy. Sorry to miss this :(
 
Jeff D would like 3 tickets for 12/4. What's the earliest group that's checking in so I can tell them when to arrive? They'll need to meet at the front gate
 
i'll be at front gate around 7:30, i think that's the earliest they can get in on just the moonlight madness res

At the last event, my friend who went said that she saw no one getting turned away at her resort. They just had to go to the check in person with a photo ID and DVC membership card and check in with the rest of her party. She checked in early at the resort, so I don't know what it was like later at the park. BTW, they use an iPad, so it's not like one resort is better than another. And keep checking the member website. Good luck!!!

I figured now that we have our reservations/confirmations we should start a new thread with a sign up sheet. We should have plenty of spots as only a few Pixelmaniacs will be arriving/staying over those dates. Any spots not used up will allow us to spread a little goodwill to a walk-up DVC Member that night.
