Nice...you're getting closer and sharper! ; I think if you really want to pull it in crazy close and sharp, you might need a bit more lens, but that's pretty good detail so far.

Now, if you could put MY 500mm lens on YOUR 2x crop factor, phew! ; That'd be fun. ; Already with the 1.5x crop factor, the 750mm range really pulls in that big cheeseball:
