Can the lockers at the Magic Kingdom (WDW) hold a large tripod?

I am wanting to try and capture some fireworks and long exposures at Magic Kingdom and figure my Tripod will come in handy for that. Of course I don't want to tote the thing around all day with me.

My question is this: are the lockers at the Magic Kingdom large enough to hold a large tripod? If not, then what do you do when you want to tote a tripod for later on? Since this is my first time wanting to take a tripod are they even allowed?

i was just going to post up the search findings, a number of us went over this awhile back, to the point of figuring out just how long a folded tripod will fit, and how they have to be placed in the locker.
