They've been painting and sprucing up Cinderella's Castle. It'll look great when they're done, but for now it doesn't help for photography!!

Here's a view of Tinkerbell at her day job...

I wonder if Walt was looking down yelling "No! NO! That's bad show!!!"
Nice way to turn a bad situation into a good photograph, though.
 
This is the second shot I've seen of then working during the day. There was no work done during the day while I was there for the first week of October. I'm wondering if it's "crunch time" to get the castle ready for all the Holiday festivties just around the corner. I'm sorry you had to see that. :-[

Here's a shot while I was there. You can see the different shades of blue on the spires. Crane was parked in the lower right caorner. BTW, please pardon the rushed look of this shot. It was a last minute snap as I was crossing Main Street and saw how aparent the shades were. Not even sure if I had a lens hood on for this one. :D

am I the only one who likes the old pastel colours better?

PS: I never realized that Tinkerbell is a muscular crossdressing guy :D

Well, let's just say that Tinkerbell has some "issues" and leave it at that!! :o

Funny you mention cranes... as I was going to meet Tim at Epcot recently I saw a mega mover crane coming down World Drive... the big crane, was so big they had to shut down the roads it was on... I think they were moving it in that day for the final take down of the wand.
