Disney Brings Back Popular Pirate Princess Parties
Associated Press - LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- "Pirate and Princess Parties" will return to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom late this summer.
The park ran the after-hours events for 13 nights this past winter, and Disney will bring them back for eight nights starting August 11.
The events will run from 7:00pm to midnight on certain nights in August and September. They will feature a Pirates of the Caribbean-themed parade, princess courts, a pirate action cove, live entertainment and dance parties.
Advance tickets went on sale last week. The cost is $33 for children ages 3-through-9 and $39 for older children and adults. Tickets purchased the day of the event will cost $7 more.
