Magical Express

We are 12 days out to our family trip to WDW in April. We still have not received our Magical Express luggage tags. We are staying at the All-Star Movie resort.

Our travel agent isnt really much help. What is our next course of action?

I'd keep bugging your TA and have them call Disney to see what's up.

No worries! ; Worst case scenerio you do not get them, all you have to do is go to level A at MCO where you will find the Magical Express counter. ; There they will give you bus vouchers and if you do not have your luggage with you give them you luggage airline receipts and they will go pull your bags from your flight and have them sent to your resort.
Also give them a call yourself to see if they will fedex them to you directly. ; Trust me their good at wha they do!

You can call Disney and get them to express your tickets to you if you want. We have a phone list on the forums here for a contact number.

Also you can show up and give them your luggage tag numbers and they will pickup the your luggage for you.
