Alas, the poor chap doesn't seem to be doing quite so well, does he? Sort of a Dorian Gray thing, don't you think?

You know, DL's HM doesn't have those exact portraits anymore...they switched to something quicker if I recall during the upgrade a few years back. The image is the same, but it doesn't change in the same way. I thought it was more immediate.

yes you are correct. DL's mansion has that hallway with 5 paintings that flicker with someone ominous in sync to the thunder and lightning. the gracey painting changed much slower and subtly ~1 minute or so to cycle

Yes, they changed during the HMH upgrades. I remember it being the old portraits in 1999/2000.

Then again, I remember seeing the President of DL locked up in the jail scene of Pirates too.
