FastPass+ for Festival of Fantasy - check. Prime spot in the FP+ viewing area - check. Beautiful, sunny Florida weather - FAIL. So instead of a wonderful new parade, we get the Rainy Day Cavalcade, two or three vehicles full of characters. At least Mickey was smiling.
