MK - Fireworks Shows (Current and Past)

Post your photos from Wishes Nighttime Spectacular here in this thread.

I have edited the original title of this thread from 'wishes' to Fireworks Shows' so we can maintain a spot for sharing any of the past or current Fireworks shows as they change names and themes. So whether you have an original MK fireworks shot, a Wishes shot, a Happily Ever After shot, or whatever show name comes next - please feel free to share them here!)

Nice one Scott! I think you arrived earlier than I did, as I was off to the far right on both times I used the Fastpass+ this summer. Nice that you got the fountain in the foreground.

There was not a lot of people in the FP+ area at MK that night or at Epcot the Thursday before. In all, the few days after Labor Day was pretty quiet at the parks.

Once I saw that I would have things in my way, I figured the fountain would be the best foreground subject to use. I got some after the show I really like with the fountain and castle. Will share those soon.
 
Dennis - that tripodless shot looks very familiar! I've stood around that same spot, and took a few handheld shots of the fireworks over the Liberty Belle:

I decided to do a proper shoot of Wishes at the end of February. This is from the right-side FastPass+ area, at the back of the hub. (By "proper" I mean using a tripod and standing somewhere facing the front of the castle. I haven't shot plain-old WIshes that way in a long time.)

I like the Fastpass+ area for taking Wishes photos, no need to worry about crazy crowds. Just set up near the far end and to the back and fire away.

I heard the FP+ areas in MK may become pay-per-view locations. I found that to be the case at Disneyland where they had areas in front of the Castle there designated for paying guests.

That is the same thing I am hearing, part of the Dessert Party. It is a shame as that is the only time I have been in the hub for Wishes in years (except for when @Joanie Eddis-Koch ran up after the parade last Dec during MVMCP!)
