The colors of October are just about over on the shores of Onondaga Lake near Syracuse, NY and now the starkness of November is here as everything waits for the snows of winter to arrive.

This time of year the sun sets in the southwest side of the lake so I was a bout a mile west of the museum on the walking trail that parallels the tram road. You were close!

Thanks everyone! Nature was nice enough to pose for me. November can be cold and rainy for most of the month so I had to take advantage of an early sunset (with the time change) and dry weather.
