It looks kind of like the Boardwalk Resort...the old-style wallpaper and the historic period photographs.
 
I'll give the goal to Tim with an assist to Deniz. I actually had to double check on the exact name of this place, I thought it was called the Hall of Champions, but I could find no such store listed in the guide. Perhaps they are all listed under the Emporium name.
