Heres' one from my recent trip to Brazil. This is a resort community called Buzios located about 2 hours north of Rio along the coast. Many tourists arrive here via Cruisa Ship & all the locals spend holidays here on the beaches. It is situated on a peninsula that has many "pousadas" (Inn or Motel) facing the Atlantic, bars, night clubs & eateries, ; as well as tons of European style shops. There are numerous coves just like this one all up & down the coast. This place was frequented by Bridgette Bardot & there is even a bronze statue of her there which is the second most photographed monument in all of Brazil behind only the "Cristo de Redentor" (Christ the Redeemer Statue) in Rio. I will share that picture at a later date. It really is a fabulous place to visit.
