Ack! Craig took my guess! I was going to go with that when I saw the pic, then scrolled down and found someone beat me to it.

I'm also guessing Craig's guess...standing almost under the TTA with the Speedway to your back.

I know that walkway well.
It is my favorite place to trick or treat! :D

and it's also nice and quiet on a busy day.
 
I thought that looked like a support column for the wedway in the upper left corner... Good one Tim!
