We NEED to know ASAP if you will be dining with us during Pixelmania 2021 so that we can reserve the proper number of spots. Here is the line up for the restaurants. Please indicate in a reply to this thread which restaurants you will be joining us at during Pixelmania. Thanks!

Yes… everything except Sanaa (Pre-Meet) will be lunches and closer to 1pm if possible (no later than 3pm if avoidable). Yak & Yeti will be closer to noon (hopefully) as a few Maniacs have flights home that evening.

We are planning on lunch at AK @ yak & yeti at noon so that you'll have time to make it. Are you interested in that meal? What time does your flight leave on Sunday? I thought you said around 8:30 p.m.

If Space220 on Thursday is for dinner after 6 I’d like to join there but any earlier, I’ll be a no due to work and 50’s Prime Time on Saturday. I just can’t make park reservations until after Oct 1 so lack of availability on those might force me out at the last minute.

Ok, I'll put you on the sign ups with the information about after 6pm for $pace 220 and add you to the 50's Prime Time list.

$pace 220 is our planning Joker in the deck as reservations are not currently available and will be hard to get once they are released. We are thinking that we will get what we get, but our eagle eyed dining reservation committee is on it, and as soon as that reservation drops they will dive on it like an eagle to a nice juicy salmon.

We are happy to hear that you are planning on joining us and we hope the damned park reservation system will work out for you. It's no biggie for our dining reservations if you experience a Park reservation fail. We shall fill a doggie bag for you and door dash it your way mucho, pronto, quicko.

Hi everyone, I'm just giving this a bump further up at the top of the thread.

There are two important changes to note.

The first is that the Wednesday pre-meat meal will be at 5:00 p.m. at Toledo which is located at the Coronado springs resort.

Autocorrect is constantly writing pre-meat instead of pre-meet, so I'm just going to leave that there so that you can see that the struggle is real...

The second item of note is that we were not able to get space 220 and so we are planning for a lunch date at Via Napoli in Epcot on our Thursday Epcot day.

Please chime in on this thread and let us know if you are not planning on being at the restaurant for lunch at Via Napoli after you had initially signed up for it thinking that we were getting into space 220.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience, as planning for this trip and making reservations is especially difficult due to the stupidity that is everything Disney right now.

I had no idea they had a lounge at Space 220, and I don't see any details on it anywhere, but disneytouristblog.com mentions The restaurant is quite large, with a large area dedicated exclusively to the walk-up lounge that serves drinks and a la carte cuisine (that should help address a lot of the complaints about Space 220 being prix fixe). So we will likely do Via Napoli with the group and try to make a stop in the lounge with anyone else that wants to have a couple drinks and a snack while in orbit.

Though I’d think they’d have to limit the amount of time anyone spends there (like Oga’s)… otherwise you have lushes hanging out there all day long and not letting anyone else in due to capacity.
