Test Track car on the loose!

Is this the vehicle that occasionally picks up the family of the day by the rope drop? ; Might be coming back to the park from a tune up?

This is an older picture around the opening of the attraction. It was being brought over from Central Shops near the Magic Kingdom. Also a mini piece of Disney Trivia...the guy in the middle is the same Castmember that is in the pre-show video telling the Guests to enter the car.
